So here is a question. I figured out that my website is infected. What should I do to get the spyware out and to prevent the future attacks?

Take a look at server logs. Try to detect the file that has been uploaded or modified in past 24 hours. There should be a malicious code in it. Try to figure out what virus actually does. Make a website backup and try to contact your hosting provider, or install the software that can detect infected file.

I think that finding some sort of antivirus would be the best bet. I'm sure that there are some good ones out there, that's why all these websites out there are doing so well and aren't getting hacked.

Yeah antivirus may help but most of them cannot detect malware on your website. The best way is to do it manually.
